Where can I learn Wordpress?

As I was planning to start my wordpress blog, I thought that I should learn it before starting (One of my friend informed me that wordpress is not easy). But where should I get the materials for learning wordpress? Please suggest me some idea so that I quickly learn it and start blogging.
