which one would you prefer

Hi everyone what type of online job is good for you, would you want 100% commissions and get paid monthly or would you rather get paid hourly

I don't care about getting paid monthly or hourly if I get the money at last.

I would prefer getting paid monthly if I work at the office. But if online job would be considered then I would get the amount at hourly basis. because it is most secure technique to get the salary.
