Outsourcing to Odesk, but how to trust ?

Basically just trying to move to bigger projects right now and I cant do that without outsourcing my current work. Outsourcing someone a full time job would be my first time thing.

So if you post some jobs on odesk like link building or hire someone to spam lol, how can you trust them to not steal your accounts list, keywords list, and your whole business model even if they figure it out eventually ?

Any suggestions ?

No good solutions to this. But at least, you can keep anything important private.Divide a big project into serveral small ones and outsourcing them to different freelancers would be better.

Thanks for notifying..
As per the OP's question, you can do this, look for newbies, I mean only those people who knows only that specific job, like if you are searching for link building, ask him/her, what they do know, if they are professional dont allow, if they are newbie and only knows how to do link building then hire them...

I am doing this on webmaster forums.. Lots of people only comes to make money without knowing the use of the work...
like forum posting many people don't know what's the use of it and why do we do it..

Is that the GOOD idea??

I think you have to trust the person you are outsourcing your work. And if you do not tell him the details he will not be able to do the job correctly. There are many honest freelancer working in oDesk , so getting a reliable one will not be very difficult.
