Can I make money playing game online?

I have a friend who told me that he is earning real money playing online game (multiplayer game). Is there anyone who knows about it or also make money from playing games?

Some really says that you could really earn online through playing. I had tried to search online for sites but usually it was casino type of games which it think is risky. I had tried Dungeons and Treasures game cause you could earn golds there which has monetary value but i have given up since i am really not a gamer. I think to be able to earn through games, you should really like gaming.

Yes, you can! There are a lot of online earning portal which offers varieties of ways to earn, including playing games. I know one site which made Mafia Wars a paid to play game. They say it is addicting though I never played it that long. Maybe you should give it a try.
